Guide to 2022 National Library of Korea Video Content Contest Linked with Librarians' Gathering(Workshop)

The National Library of Korea holds a video content contest as below to share the achievements of its librarian training course and identify outstanding learning contents, for domestic libraries and their staff as below. We look forward to your active participation.

❍ (Contest name) 2022 National Library of Korea Video Content Contest Linked with Librarians' Gathering (Workshop)

❍ (Host) National Library of Korea

❍ (Content)

① Best practices related with librarian training course

② Librarian(staff)-recommended book promotion video(book trailer)

③ , your story you wish to share with library staff

❍ (Who) anyone who is a staff of a library in Korea(individual or group can participate)

(* including Korean librarians of foreign libraries)

❍ (Submittion period) July 13(Wed) 2022 ~ August 12(Fri) 17:00 *must arrive by Aug 12 17:00

❍ (Submission format) video file in mp4, wmv, avi, mpeg, mov etc.(within 500MB, 5 minutes in total)

❍ (Evaluation) primary internal evaluation(preliminary) > secondary vote*

* on-site vote and online vote will be held during the Librarians’ Garthering Workshop(Sept 29) and a content that wins the largest number of votes will be awarded

❍ (Award) a total of 4 contents will be awarded the National Library of Korea Chief Executive Award (grand award, gold award, silver award, bronze award. 1 each) and an additional prize worth 2 million KRW

❍ (Schedule) Content submission(July 13-August 12) -> primary evaluation(in August) -> primary evaluation results notification(end of August) -> vote during the Librarians’ Gathering(secondary evaluation) and award(Sept 29 Thu)
